#AskTheExpert Hello Mam I am a mother of 1.5 year old baby, I am trying to give my son cow's milk but he is not ready to take it. He is still on breastfeed mostly. Also he won't eat solid food much. What can I do so that he can start eating solid foods. thanks 😊

continue breastfeeding a child and start to follow the below ways to give the food by giving very little quantity every 2 hours
this stage baby will be very active so it's always little difficult to gain weight.
feed the baby with one teaspoon of ghee daily and also includes milk products such as cheese ghee butter curd buttermilk.
give full cream milk for the baby.
give vegetables which are sweet potato potato green peas and more of green leafy vegetables.
give egg chicken and soup
