#AskTheExpert Hello mam, Do we have to reduce our food along with exercise to reduce postpartum belly? I am breastfeeding mom for 8 month old..suggest me some simple exercise mam to reduce postpartum belly.i had normal delivery

A. you can start reducing the meal about 25% restrict the sugar and sweet intake avoid oily and spicy foods keep yourself well hydrated.. start with exercises or yoga..
