#AskTheExpert hello mam after putting all the efforts not able to make my child any vegetables or any new fruit. he don't want to taste and if I force him, starts crying. what to do ??? plz suggest..

Let the child be physically active as much as possible and feel hungry before the next meal. Involve your child in family meals to encourage healthy eating by looking at family members. Be patient and persistent in your efforts. Check with your doctor for any vitamin deficiency in your child.
