#asktheexpert hello madam how r u can u please suggest how to loose weight. because i don't like any fruit vegetables. i want ti loose minimum 10 kg weight

A. If You don’t want to follow any kind of diet then you start going for a brisk walk in the morning and start following intermittent fasting for a minimum of 16 hours in a day that means by 6 o’clock you should have your dinner and after that about 730 to 8 you should go for a walk for one hour normal walking and then you should have food the next day or you know tea or anything the next day after eight30 to 9 PM only that way you’ll have a good long gap that’s way what is going to help you for weight loss
