A. Hi Mom, Drink plenty of water. Start your day with a glass of water in an empty stomach. Add more fiber rich foods into your daily diet. If possible, soak 2 or 3 dried figs in a glass of water overnight, and in the morning eat the figs and drink the water in an empty stomach. It really helps the constipation problem.
