#asktheexpert hello ma'am , My lo is 8.5 months old can I give her egg white also right now I am giving only egg yolk?

No not now. Egg to be introduced once baby completes one year. It is high in protein so difficult for the baby to digest it. Give once ur baby completes one year. Take care
