ExpertDr Suruchi JunejaPediatric Dentist9 months agoA. Dear parent, grinding of teeth is common in children due to erupting and adjustment of teeth, stress and increased physical activity. Nothing to worry as it has been observed to subside itself in most children by 10-12 years of age.

its called bruxism or teeth grinding
it happens because of two reasons
first ,due to improper tooth alignment
or second , when child is feeling stressed or anxious.
