A. Hello dear parent! Increase the liquid intake and fibre intake of your child. Include seasonal fruits and vegetables, green leafy vegetables, nuts, dry fruits and dairy. Serve foods in cute Babyhug stainless steel bowls and plates to encourage healthy eating. Give bananas and apples to aid in digestion and reducing constipation.
