टीकाकरण के बाद बुखार और दर्द होने पर आप बुखार के साथ-साथ दर्द के लिए भी बच्चे को पैरासिटामोल दे सकते हैं। 
पेरासिटामोल दिन में अधिकतम 4 बार दी जा सकती है। 
आप इंजेक्शन वाली जगह पर बर्फ भी लगा सकते हैं। d
यदि स्थानीय सूजन है तो आप बर्फ के साथ-साथ थ्रोम्बोफोब जेल भी लगा सकते हैं।
वैक्सीन से बुखार आमतौर पर अधिकतम 2 से 3 दिनों में कम हो जाता है, लेकिन अगर यह 3 दिनों से अधिक समय तक जारी रहता है तो बुखार के किसी अन्य कारण का पता लगानेd के लिए अपने डॉक्टर से मिलें।

As soon as the vaccination is done you can keep ice cube or cold pack onto that area once you get your child home you can give paracetamol to the child even if there is no fever only the pain is there then you can do this process you repeat every two or three hours like keeping the eyes on that area and paracetamol can be repeated after six hours if the pain is certain with your child
