#AskTheExpert Hello it's been more than 5months of my delivery which was done through LSCS. Still I feel some pain in my lower abdomen. Also I have pain in my major joints. What should I do,? Please help.

A. The joint pains will be there even up to one year after giving birth and you can do stretching exercises without putting any pressure on your abdomen to get some relief. Take calcium medications regularlyWrite Your Answer Here

A. Thank you ma'm for your respond. The pain is only in the lower abdomin but sometimes on the scar. Should I take calcium with D3 or with some other substitutes?
