A. Whenever introducing semi solid foods in baby's diet between the age of 5-6 months, start slow with 4-6 spoons per serving and twice a day. Feed lentil puree, mashed banana, apple, carrot and pear puree, mixed vegetable soup, khichdi, ragi and sooji porridge, home made cerelac, etc. Give one food at atime for atleast 3 days to observe how well baby is able to digest it.
