#AskTheExpert hello..I want to ask that my daughter is about to one year now I want to introduce nuts powder on her diet so I wanted to know that how much I can give in one meal ND how many times in a day?

you can give dry fruits powder in different sweet dishes or in milk
please give small quantity of dry fruits
please give daily massage with Babyhug massage oil
