#asktheexpert Hello I'm mother of twins .now they are 6yr 11 months old. but my boy growth is running slow compare to my girl child. He is just 24 kg . is it ok for a boy to grow in this speed? or what type of diet I have started for increasing his height n weight?

Every child is unique and has unique pattern of development
Consult your doctor once for proper medical examination and treatment
Give healthy protein rich nutritious food
Maintain hydration
Maintain hygiene
Give three meal and two snacks including seasonal fruits vegetables cereals milk products
