Jasmine KaurMom of a 9 yr 4 m old boy4 years agoA. Hello dear parent, hair and height totally depend on hereditary of the child.
You should give them good and right diet to eat. Give green leafy vegetables and fresh fruits. Dry fruits, milk, water etc.
Also give them supplements like iron calcium and vitamin etc but with the doctors permission only.
Oil their hair regularly. And wash with mild shampoo.
