#asktheexpert Hello! I m breast feeding mom.. Sometimes the flow is good. Sometimes baby cries of no feed. What to do.

A. You can start taking shatavari capsules from Himalaya twice a day after meals and always gave a glass of water after feeding the baby abd in morning take crushed methi dana seeds eith water and massage your breast towards nipple
