Sunita MahatoMom of 2 children3 years agoA. swelling in legs is a common issues in pregnancy still you must inform your gynaecologist what about the BP level avoid long standing,use a stool under legs as you sit use a pillow under legs as you sleep decrease the salt intake in diet
