#AskTheExpert hello,I have a 7 year old daughter.now I am trying to convince from 10 month.i am diabetic.my dr is saying that my egg is not rupturing.i gave me HCG injection too. but still no conciving.may I know what is reason

A. no mam, my weight is normal.can you tell me reasons of eggs not rupturing.

A. Hello man Are u overweight apart from diabetic ?? Obesity also makes it difficult to conceive Also irregular or uncontrolled sugar levels can also one of the reason Start a healthy lifestyle Have small and frequent meals Have cinnamon ginger and haldi water Take more proteins and fiber in the diet Restrict completely sugar, sugary drinks, sweets, bakery products, fried and Packaged foods Workout for 45 mins daily

A. Physiologic stud- ies suggest that ovulation occurs anywhere from 24 to 56 hours after the onset of the LH surge, with a mean time of 32 hours . After an injection of hCG, follicle rupture has been reported to occur anywhere from 36 to 48 hours later.Consult your gynecologist more in same.
