#AskTheExpert Hello, I have a 5 months old baby. I had C-section. I am not breastfeeding. I give formula milk to my baby. Yet,my periods are very irregular. It occurs 10 to 15 days earlier. May I know why is this happening?

There is irregularity of periods after delivery due to the hormonal changes. It will be fine on its own. If the flow is normal, no blood clotting is there then no need to worry. Take care
