#AskTheExpert Hello, I had my C-section 5 months ago.My periods resumed from the next month after delivery and was regular. But from last month my periods dates are fluctuating a lot. It occurs 10 to 15 days earlier. Even I am not breastfeeding. My baby is completely on formula milk. May I know why is this happening?

ExpertDr Bandana JoshiAyurvedic Physician4 years agoA. It’s better to consult your gynaecologist once and eat a calcium and iron rich diet and green leafy vegetables and start some light exercise like walking and don’t take stress it happens sometime

Sarika guptaMom of 2 children4 years agoA. hello there ma'am please do not worry about it too much and also irregularities in periods after delivery is very normal and please have more green leaves vegetables and follow regular exercise routine. and also use any contraceptive to avoid any accidental pregnancy.
