#AskTheExpert hello I am niralee shah from last two months my periods are delayed otherwise I am always get my periods regularly last month 13 days late and this month one month complete but still not get periods ....normally my cycle ends in 23 to 24 days maximum ...plz guide me

ExpertDr Priyanka KalraObstetrician and Gynaecologist1 Year agoA. get scan. do ultrasound n necessary tests after consulting a specialist. without proper check up we can't advise or help you.. Avoid shirt cuts when it comes to health if mother n baby. ok. avoid fatty foods. take fresh fruit and lots of water. exercise n yoga. avoid any new products. then see a specialist too. put aloe vera as that is f good ok
