#asktheexpert hello I am mom of 10 month old baby..day by day I am loosing my weight.. Plz tell me something to gain weight.

Hello dear parent,according to the symptoms get a thyroid test done after a proper physical examination needs to be done by your doctor to get the appropriate treatment suggestions after clinical evaluation. it is difficult to comment herelike this. only after knowing proper finding regarding the clinical signs and symptoms it is possible to advise appropriately.. your examining doctor is the best judge to assess the condition and treat accordingly.take care .

Hi parents please include natural probiotics and dairy products in your daily diet like fresh curd buttermilk lassi butter paneer ghee milk etc please include green leaf veggies and fresh fruit and different seeds and nuts in your daily diet please avoid stress please maintain hygiene properly with Babyhug instant senitizer
