#AskTheExpert Hello goodmrng dr. i am in my last trimester (7month running). sometime i feel pain on my upper stomach... and feel baby movement in left side while sleeping and when i turned to right side then it happens in right side too... i am in trouble that which side is right to sleep..i m afraid that my sleeping position is hurting the baby somewhere... and i feel relax while sleeping on my back but most of the people told me that i should not sleep on my back. plz suggest something.
