AbhayaMom of a 15 yr 10 m old boy4 years agoA. Hi mom Grinding teeth is bruxism in kids. They grind the teeth out of anxiety, fear, anger or when the teeth are not aligned properly. So no need to worry. It will be fine as baby grows up. Take care
