Weight is little less for the age
focus more on nutrients that child should get more than the weight
try to add protein & iron rich foods like dates, green vegetables fruits,, nuts, milk, paneer, curd, egg, fish, chicken pulses
Avoid fried foods, sugary foods , Biscuits noodles chips chocolate

It Should be approximately 30 KG as of now I believe because if your child is having a good height your child is 4 1/2 plus then approximately 30 KG is a good way to go for but since your child is underweight it would be better to consult a nutritionist for a better understanding over this issue
