RashmiMom of a 11 yr old girl2 years agoA. After 8 to 10 weeks whenever you are comfortable you can go ahead with that whether a delivery is C-section or a normal delivery the minimum time that you should maintain after delivery is about 8 to 10 weeks and after that you are good to go but it will completely depend on your comfort
