Give him foods that are rich in fruits and vegetables , and lean protein these foods are rich in vitamins, minerals and antioxidants which can help us the immunity system and reduce inflammation in the body.
Also limit intake of dairy gluten, soya and nuts which are common triggers. In such cases keep the child well hydrated with water ,limit processed and high fat foods
use anti-inflammatory foods such as turmeric, ginger, omega, 3fatty acids which are quite present in walnuts, flaxseeds and fish like Salmon
