Good Growth of the child is very important and for this most important is that child should take a healthy diet where its necessary to give a balance diet which should contain all the nutrition required. This is very important for building the immunity also.
Encourage for green vegetables fruits dairy products all kinds of dal and other protein containing food items like soyabean eggs etc.
Some nutritional deficiencies can be a cause for less appetite like iron deficiency which is most cgommon.
Supplements like iron supplements and multivitamin with lysine like syp zincovit CL can bce given for 1-2 months to increase the appetite.
Diet counselling is also very important .

As ur baby is 10 months old u can give different varieties in breakfast like idli, upma ,besan chilla, sooji porridge, oats porridge, prantha with curd, vermicelli with vegetables etc to ur baby.
