A. they are respiratory secretions which is present in the narrow respiratory tract of the child. the sound of ghar... ghar.. is present when air passes over these secretions in the narrow respiratory tract. if the respiratory rate of the child is within normal limits and the child is not having any other complaints do not worry about the sound which is present due to respiratory secretions.f if you feel that the child is having some difficulty in breathing you can always give nasal saline drops in the nasal cavity which will wash away the mucus present in the nasal cavity as well as the respiratory tract. the problem improve with increasing age of the child when there is broadening of the respiratory tract .

A. hello you should give the medicine as prescribed by your doctor for the given number of days and if still the problem does not reduce it would be better to recheck with your doctor again and she will be able to guide you accordingly which is safe
