#asktheexpert Hello Dr. MY son is not gaining weight . He is 3 years months.. his weight is 10 kg .

Okay so let’s do this way you should go ahead with giving more of vegetarian or non-vegetarian both proteins to the child right now especially egg even if you don’t eat you try and include it for your child into every day diet and secondly I would also advise you to start giving a multivitamin and iron supplement to the child
