#AskTheExpert hello dr. my pregnancy nine month will start after 4 days. my dr adviced me to go for ceaserian delivery.so which week will be better for delivery. or shall I wait for labour pain. plz suggest

A. 39 week is considered as the safest period of delivery if all your conditions are normal then you can definitely wait for your labour pain to start. doing regular squats helps for normal delivery

A. hello if due to some reason your doctor as advice for c section then you may go with the same or otherwise you can wait till you get the pain or go as advised by a doctor with frequent examination which would be better and absolutely nothing to worry
