#AskTheExpert Hello Dr My kid 3 yrs 4 months lately he has started throwing tantrums and not eating his meals and breakfast proprly as he use to do earlier. evn when i gv him sum screen time he is not interestd that much and waste my lot of time and energy. How to make him eat and increase his weight. His weight is 14kg and height 95cm is he within the chart accdrg to his age

Sneha PuruswaniMom of 2 children4 years agoA. Weight is pretty good within the range in fact it's very good and also the height is pretty good.. height is genetic.
avoid force feeding the baby as the baby will start disliking the food.
keep it gap of at least three hours in between meals.
give variety.
make meal times as family time.
let the kiddo eat on his own as he's old enough to eat on his own.
give natural appetizers ajwain water buttermilk limewater coconut water etc.
check for worms.. also constipation
