#AskTheExpert hello dr. my daughter is frequently saying leg pain during night times...she is 3 years 3 months....my elder daughter also has the same problem...6 years...am confused if my younger daughter really has or if she is seeing her sister and telling leg pain

A. it may be vit d deff .Diet containing of green vegetables and citrus fruits . A protein source like soyabean , paneer or egg and variety of food items with all cereal will help for weight and height gain and building of immunity . Pediasure protein powder after 2 yr of age .

A. hi dear 3- to 4-Year-Old Development: Cognitive Milestones Correctly name familiar colors. Understand the idea of same and different, start comparing sizes. Pretend and fantasize more creatively. Follow three-part commands. Remember parts of a story. Understand time better (for example, morning, afternoon, night)
