A. Include fibrous foods in her diet like broccoli, barley cereal, beans, spinach, sweet potato, oranges and apricots. Give blackberries. Give banana with hot water first thing in the morning.

A. Give her apple juice and prune juice. Mix the juice of half a lemon in a glass of warm water and add honey to it and give it to her early in the morning on an empty stomach. Add 1-2 spoonfuls of honey to a glass of milk and give it to her on an empty stomach. Or boil some flax seeds in water for sometime, then strain and give this water to her.
