#AskTheExpert Hello Dr. my daughter is 3.3 years old and she was bleeding from nose for 3 days and was getting around 100 fever. Dr. had given nasal spray and a paracetamol. Today, there was no bleeding from the nose and no fever as well. however she has developed a bad cold and cough today. should I give her nasal spray tonight and tomorrow or skip it? the 3 times a day dose for 3 days will get over tomorrow. thank you in anticipation.
