ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist3 years agoA. dear mum, weight of 3 kg is a normal weight for 23 days old baby considering a birth weight of 2.7 kg, do not worry. for healthy weight gain, exclusively breastfeed till 6 months complete.

See a minimum gain of 400 g should be there every month after the birth weight say a child has game somewhere on 300 g so I think it is going good only by next month I think your child is going to gain much better because initial month feeding is not very good with the kidsWrite Your Answer Here
