Q.

#AskTheExpert hello dr. my daughter is 10 months old. I give her 2 bananans daily in the afternoon. I mix banana puree with muskmelon because she doesn't eat only banana. is it ok to mix two fruits together? and giving 2 bananas at a time?

A. mam \sir mri beti 9 month 22 days ki hai.wo sirf roti khati hai.m usko mesh krk khilati hu.koi v fruit ni khati.hr fruit try Kia.ajib sa face bnati hai. bd agrr jbrdsti khilau to Nikal deti hai.asa kyu hai

A. hi dear mom...one fruit in a day is sufficient..dont mix two fruits. you can even use fruit nibbler from Babyhug ....always give fruits in the afternoon ...introduce different seasonal fruits..don't forcefeed banana..try mango....steam apple or pear
