A. Dear ma’am, you can give calorie dense foods like fruit milkshakes, multigrain porridge, boiled egg, boiled sweet potato, nuts and dry fruits, ragi halwa, sago kheer, banana etc which helps in weight gain

A. Hello dear parent, you must give your child supplements like iron calcium and vitamin etc but with your paediatric's prescription only. These supplements helps in gaining immunity and increases appetite. Thus increase in appropriate weight gain .Rest their is nothing to be worried as long as baby is active.
