Always follow 4 days rule that is give any new food for 4 days before starting with another
Start with 2 to 4 tsp twice a day and then slowly increase quantity and frequency

Until completion of six month it is good to give breast milk which is best for baby’s growth and immunity. You can start with porridge, fruit purée, Vegetable purée , Dal water and lukewarm water. Avoid salt, sugar, honey and citric fruits until the completion of one year. You can give five semisolid feed in a day in in a gap of four hours. In a smaller quantity. When you are giving the food for the first time try with a small quantity and for the next time you can gradually increase theQuantity and always feed in sitting position.
