#AskTheExpert hello dr. ..my baby is 3 month old today...n she is formula feeder....I keep trying to breast feed her but she refused... although my milk supply is also...today I got my periods also....should I able to breast feed now also...or is there no any chances to increase milk supply

Take healthy protein rich nutritious food fruits vegetables pulses whole grains milk products to increase your milk
Take lactogen tablet to increase your milk supply
More sucking leads to more milk
Give ultra D3 drops and calcium supplements
Do tummy time and cycling movement of legs to relieve gas and constipation
Take a good care of your baby
