AbhayaMom of a 16 yr 1 m old boy3 years agoA. Hi mom yes phototherapy will darken the skin tone of the baby which is very much normal. Yes after six months u will see the real colour of the baby. Skin complexion is genetic and depends on the complexion of the parents Also make sure that you use good skincare products like babyhug products that are paraben free and chemical free for healthy and glowing skin
