Avoid medicines early
Try home remedies like
Give indirect steam inhalation to baby where just put the steamer on and let baby sit in front of it.
Use otrivin paediatric nasal drops for nasal blockage relief
Use nasal saline drops for dry nose
For dry cough avoid medicines early.

Neelam ChinnappaMom of a 7 yr 3 m old boy4 years agoA. thank you for reaching out of your question is a baby is just three months and I would suggest you can use nasocleardrop to help clear the blockage used it before you feed so that way she will be able to feed Better however for medicine make sure you speak to your pediatrician
