Hi mom It is better to give it after one year Take a good care of your baby Burp well after every feeding Do tummy time and cycling movement of legs to relieve gas and constipation Give two liquid diet followed by BM or formula milk Give seasonal fruits vegetables cereals mashed potato mashed banana porridge etc Take a good care of your baby
