#AskTheExpert hello Dr. my 5 years old daughter has very dry skin. before some days I have found a dry patch on her one cheek after some days a slight white spot appear at that place. what to do? is this vit D deficiency or calcium deficiency?

A. vitamin deficiency usually makes the skin go discolored not dry I would recommend that you apply a good moisturer you can try to use coconut oil mixed with a few drops of glycerine on the affected area
