please avoid high fever in infants , act immidiateky, give her paracetomol dtops for fever, increase breast feeding her and stay more close to her, give more attention

Maybe your child got fits or seizures because of high fever because of fever is actually really high and that I can happen with high fever kids but right now the child is still crying maybe it is due to stomach pain not necessarily because of fever so give her medicine for stomach pain and see if the child feels better after that
