Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 6 m old boy3 years agoA. for tooth development and eruption the first important thing is that the child should not have deficiency of calcium and vitarmin d. deficiency is there or not will be told by the doctor there is no need to worry because many times the first tooth eruption may occur as late as 18 months also so if your persofnal doctor is not worried then no need to worry from your side

RashmiMom of a 11 yr 2 m old girl3 years agoA. If UC hardness or swelling in the gums that means your child is having its teeth very soon and the first teeth of the child and come by the age of 17 to 18 months also so you can easily wait up till that much of a time without any hassle
