Sajal KulshresthaFather of a 3 yr 4 m old boy2 years agoA. it's a very common thing with new born babies. it will gone soon within period of 10 to 15 days. if it's not gone after this period then you should consult with your pediatrics.

Red Colour Rash over the body if present could be some allergy rashes which may be of sudden onset along with itching. or it could be viral exanthematous rash where thfde the onset of rashes is there along twith fever or assosiated symptoms. and it could be some infection also which needs proper examination. Application of calamine lotion or Anti itch lotion like Ritch lotion can be done for soothing along with antiallergic medications initially.
