very rarely it might be associated with nutritional deficiency and most commonly ihron deficiency.
no treatment is required and gradually the white spots will disappear

AbhayaMom of a 15 yr 9 m old boy1 Year agoA. Hello there ma’am please do not worry about it too much. It might be due to calcium deficiency in the baby. Give calcium rich food items like milk and paneer and other milk items to the baby. Give dairy products to the baby on daily basis.
