#asktheexpert hello dr.I have severe back pain and hip bone pain after 4 month of c section and for how many month i need to continue folic acid and calcium tablet

Folic acid is not advisable you should take calcium multivitamin and iron supplement for at least six months after delivery the pain you are experiencing right now is because of epidural that you’ve gotten done into your spine at the time of delivery so you can do hot compress and also you can use some hot water bottle
