#AskTheExpert hello Dr, I have a triplet babies. They are premature born by 30weeks..they have frequent vomiting..does it affect their weight gain and how do I find out their weight is correct for their month

A. Hello mom as in preterm babies they tend to gain weight on a slow pace as compared to full term baby so their should be a gradual weight as far as that is happening not to worry . Also feed them as much they are comfortable to take in without been forced

A. hi dear Children who are vomiting should keep taking small sips of clear fluid, such as water or clear broth. Fruit juice and fizzy drinks should be avoided until they're feeling better. If they're not dehydrated and haven't lost their appetite, it's fine for your child to eat solid foods as normal.
