A. Hello good morning !! Yes a faint line indication is a positive pregnancy - Congratulations !!! In the early days you won't get any symptoms ,changes. After 6-9 weeks nausea ,tiredness , bloating constipation in most of the ladies but not everyone. Consult your gynaecologist as early as possible.
